Our stay was good, not amazing, but not bad either. The food was really good, fresh, varied, and changed every day. The main restaurant was clean and pleasant. The swimming pools were clean, and the animation team was great, with a good variety of activities. However, there are a few points that could be improved. The Wi-Fi was very slow throughout the hotel. The rooms are quite old, and the bathrooms  had an unpleasant smell even when they were clean. The Oliverie snack bar near the pool was not very clean. The cleaning staff sometimes knocked very loudly on the door while we were sleeping, just to bring us the towels, which was quite disturbing. The service at the main bar was disappointing. The five stars is for mougli himself what a very kind funny and entertaining person he is always treated us with kindness and a lovely smile. That man deserves the praise.  We will miss him so much ❤️We had a little trouble with out room at the start with a leaky air con we have a 1 year old (crawler) but this was quickly fixed the next morning. The cleaners kept our room clean and we didn’t use the safe provided and all our personal belongings weren’t touched. The food was standard but was plenty for us to eat the only downfall where other tourists pushing in front of others even more so fully grown adults pushing and shoving children to get to food first🥱 we brought our own Stanley cups as we had seen a shortage on cups. We ate on the onsight restaurant that you pay extra for and it was lovely no rush table service and very cheap. I would recommend going hot air balloons and buggy and camel rides through get my guide that was amazing and felt so safe with them tour guides.
